Ejercicios + Juegos = Ejergos
En este apartado encontrarás ideas para trabajar aspectos básicos de la técnica por medio de sencillos ejercicios. Algunos me los he inventado y otros me los han enseñado, pero todos ellos los he aplicado en mis clases o me han sido útiles a mí en mi etapa de estudiante. Los ejercicios más sencillos destinados a niños, los trabajo explotando el recurso de la fantasía, proponiendo temas sugerentes y buscando que sean atractivos y casi lúdicos; quiero huir de la repetición puramente mecánica. También hay algunos para aprender aspectos teóricos y varios ejercicios más difíciles para un alumnado más avanzado. Estos últimos son literalmente "ejercicios" pero su efectividad y resultado me han animado a incluírlos aquí.

Exercices+Games=Exergames
In this section you will find ideas for working the basic technique through simple exercises. Some of them I have invented and others have been taught to me, but all of them have been applied in my classes or have been helpful to me in my time as a student. To work with the simplest exercises, many aimed at children, I use the resort of fantasy, offering suggestive themes and turning them into games. I want to escape from the mechanical repetition. There are also some games to learn the theory and various more difficult exercises for more advanced students, these are literally "exercises" but their effectiveness and results have encouraged me to include them here.
